Maria (ink176) | 9 comments Hello! I have a short story collection coming out form Little, Brown, and it is listed under my author profile for Maria Adelmann. This is great! I am also working on two independent "fun" self-published (lulu.com) food-rating workbook projects with a friend, and we'd like to sell the books on Amazon. I do NOT want these to show up on my professional author profile (something like this has already happened with a self-published book I made with my students). How do I ensure that my "for fun" books aren't mixed up with my professional author profile on goodreads? Would it suffice to use Maria K. Adelmann or Maria Kirsten Adelmann or MK Adelmann or would I need to invent a pseudonym in order for it to show up on a different profile? (I don't know if it matters, but the books are going to be co-authored as well.)

Thanks for your help!

Note that Goodreads used periods after initial, so if you choose to use initials, Goodreads will identify the name as "M.K."

You would have to claim a second profile with a second em-mail address.
