Several of us had an informal discussion in our “What are you reading?” topic about doing group reads of Nora’s series, beyond our normal books of the month. Before exploring this further, I thought I’d gauge interest in doing something like this.

Your thoughts? Are you interested, especially in some of the longer ones?

Laura Kuhn (lauraaskuhn) | 29 comments I think I would be. :) I own a lot of her series. I like all her work, but I really love series in general.

Mdy | 37 comments What a neat idea. I've not read many of her earlier novels - so I think this might be great fun.

Okay! Looks like we’ve got some interest.

I recommend that we consider these four older series, none of which have ever been selected as a group read:

1. The MacGregors
2. Stanislaski Family
3. The O'Hurley's
4. The Calhoun Women

Your thoughts?

Laura Kuhn (lauraaskuhn) | 29 comments I think they are all great. I don't think I've ever read the O'Hurley's, and I haven't read all of the MacGregors. Have we done the Dream trilogy?

Here’s the link to the list of books and series we’ve read as part of the Book of the Month discussions since I began tracking them in 2014:

Since this whole discussion began around The MacGregors series, let’s begin with that one.

Everyone okay with that? We can start in August and continue reading one a month until we complete the series.
