Two authors with the same name how do I make an author account

I am new to goodreads and want to make an author profile for my books. When I try there is already a sarah miller so I did not want to go any further. Could you please help?

we use the spaces to separate authors with the same name

When adding books to your new profile make sure to add the 4 spaces between the two names
