Author Display name

Hi,

I'm sorry to bother you. I've recently changed my pen name from "Laura Blanco" to "Laura Blanco Villalba". This is my author profile https://www.goodreads.com/author/show...

I've set the name fields as follows:
* name: Laura Blanco Villalba
* sort by name: blanco villalba, laura
* shelf display name: Blanco Villalba, Laura

All my books are showing the new pen name ok and my profile too, but in my feed "Laura is currently reading", for example, it says "Laura Villalba". I've noticed that when clicking in my name the URL is not my profile's but this other one https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/8... which is redirected to my profile. It looks like that other profile has been merged with mine accidentally.

Is there any way to fix this? I would like to appear in my feed ideally as "Laura Blanco Villalba" and if not possible if it is too long, as "Laura Blanco", but never as "Laura Villalba". I've tried editing the name/sort by name/ shelf display name to correct this but it keeps showing "Laura Villalba".

All Goodreads Authors have both an author profile, and the underlying user profile that all Goodreads members have. What you are seeing is due to the user profile, which is not something Goodreads Librarians can assist you with. If you are having a problem with yours, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page. Closing thread.
