I've noticed that many lists on Listopia, especially those for lesser known or obscure books state that books added to that list should not have more than a certain number of ratings. Is it okay to remove books with more than the specified number of ratings from that list?

In my opinion it is always ok to remove books that go against the stated goal of a list. Books of the wrong demographic, genre, ratings, ect. If however you ever feel uncertain about the removal of something it is best to leave it alone.
