ABANDONED. A girl who can hear fae and have a best friend with a lot of piercings

It is a fantsy book and I can't specify it's genre for sure because I could only read a few pages of the book.The fae are afraid of iron.I think the guy with piercings later becomes her boyfriend.On one part the girl can hear some female fae/demons talking about the guy's piercings.The guy puts an iron necklace on the girl for protection from fae and places a kiss on the back of her neck.(They are still friends in this part)

Wicked Lovely for the click. That was my first thought, too. I know you said you only read a few pages. The girl's name is Aislinn and the guy's name is Seth, if that rings a bell.
