Does anyone have any recommendations for digital copies? I can only find an ebook on kindle and I prefer to avoid sending money Amazon's way. In general I have found it nearly impossible to access digital versions of most of the suggested books since I found the group, which is a shame.

I'm sorry to say that I bought it on kindle, most of these books are not widely published which is both a great reason to read them and not an easy thing to do.
