I think I'm going to read Under the Dome by Stephen King

If you've watched under the dome and loved it don't read the book. Apart from character names and basic premise (a town under a dome) there is no similarity at all. The book is amazing but the two are completely separate entities.

I have not seen the show. I've wanted to watch it but never got around to it. Now I'm glad I haven't!

I just read a Walking Dead Compendium for this. As a fan of the show it was fun to see the differences and similarities between the two. I think I prefer the show though.

I love the Kathy Reichs books, Initially I refused to watch Bones because it was so different from the books.

I read The Walking Dead, Vol. 01: Days Gone Bye for this one. Not as great as the TV show in my opinion, but I might check out a few more volumes if I get the chance.
