Has anyone else had to go into a bookshop to try to find someone with the same initials? I could not think of anyone with the initials KC!

Lydia (lapetitelydia) | 94 comments I only found authors I didn't want to read with my main initials, so I am going off of my middle and last name. So I am reading J. D. Salinger's Franny & Zooey.

Nerdish Mum (nerdishmum) | 134 comments This was so hard to find anyone, but I'll be reading Little Toot by Hardie Gramatky

Elizabeth (persephone17) I'm reading Code Name Verity by Elizabeth Wein for this. Lady spies? Count me in.

Michelle (michelletheresa) | 228 comments I was going to read Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton for the book to movie category until I realized he has my initials!

I love that book, but I love the movie anymore! My Twitter cover photo is currently a still from the movie, haha. :)

Such a great book. I loved it. The movie is still great, but I really feel it didn't do the book justice.

I might reread it...I read it when I was 11 or 12 but the details are very fuzzy. And I should have a copy of it in my personal library!

Jodez (jodez4) | 66 comments I was very tempted to use J.K. Rowling... but since I don't have an R initial and K isn't really her initial, I'm going with John Keats - Collected Poems, thanks google for that one!

ETA: I've just come to realise that I haven't yet read the Jay Kristoff books on the Iggle's list from last year. Might change to that if I don't enjoy the poems.

Jennifer I've just finished 'Around the world in 80 dates' by Jennifer Cox. I was given the book as she has the same name as me. It was absolutely dreadful. I am so glad I'm not that Jennifer Cox.

Fay Roberts I couldn't find an author with the initials FR (if anyone knows one I'll happily switch), so since my middle name is Michelle I decided to go for Michele Roberts and read Reader, I Married Him. I wish I hadn't. The book jumped about all over the place with very little point or plot and I deeply resented the fact that this was a chick lit novel desperately trying to disguise itself as "literature". The author peppered the text with unneeded references to classic novels, art, cuisine and Italian phrases, and introduced a whole host of characters that served no purpose. There was also liberal and unnecessary use of the "C" word (which I don't really find offensive but I did take umbridge against it been used to be deliberately shocking). Terrible book and it has shocking reviews and a low rating here on Goodreads so the only thing I would discipline this for is use in this challenges book with bad reviews category. Looks like I bombed out here like Jennifer did!

Fay Roberts Bad, bad autocorrect errors in my comment above; using the mobile app so deeply apologise!
