Pru learned from William that her sister, Honoria also slept with George. Your thoughts? Did you see that coming?

[Robin]

When Honoria and Amanda were talking about George near the beginning of the book and Pru overheard them, I kind of figured that it would come out that one of them had also slept with the philandering George. They talked about the Stags so we knew they weren't faithful to their husbands. I actually thought Amanda would be the friend that had slept with George.

I thought it was Amanda too. George sure got around. I didn't see it coming.

I didn’t see that coming.

Have to admit that I should have joined this discussion closer to when I finished the book: can't remember who George was.

George was Pru’s fiancé, who she was accused of murdering.

I never saw that coming. Not sure what this means for Pru and Honoria’s relationship going forward.

I thought the person that slept with George was Amanda. This was a shock that Honoria was sleeping with him. I wondered at the end what this meant for Pru and her sister's relationship.
