Asher nods. He slides izzys pants down to look at her hip.

"It hurts a lot," Izzy whispers. The wound had opened up again and started swelling. It was bleeding again, but Iz's pants had soaked up most of it.

Kay goes to the bathroom and grabs a washcloth, then comes back and gives it to Ash. “Here,” he says, worried despite not knowing her. He sees the wound and grimaces. “Aren’t you going to take her to hospital?”

"Yeah. i should." he said getting up. He places the washcloth on her hip. "Hold that for a sec izzy." He pulls Kay away.
"She is scared of them." he whispers softly.

"I don't wanna be able to feel it," Izzy tells him, what she was saying an indication of how much pain she was in.

“They can give you something, Izzy. Something we can’t. Something that’ll make it not hurt.” He smiled reassuringly at her.

"Who can?" she demands, holding the cloth to her hip.

"I know. Lets go." he said and went over to izzy. "We gotta go to the hospital Izzy."

"No," she says, voice cracking, "No I don't want to! I-I can't!"

“I’m sorry, I know you’re afraid of them, but they can take away the pain. I promise,” he said, going over to the side of her bed.

"Please.. do it for me Izzy." he whispered softly. "Please." he touched her leg gently.

"THEY'RE JUST GONNA HURT ME MORE!!!!" Iz screams, terror shining in her eyes.

"Izzy I have to. they wont hurt you please izzy." he said tears in his eyes.

Iz forces her voice to be calm. "Th-then I w-want the same d-doctor from b-before," she says, referring to the lady who had first stitched up her hip.

“Good. I know what I say may not matter to you, but Asher needs you to do this. I can tell. So thank you,” he glanced at Asher, nodding. He draped one of Izzy’s arms over his shoulders, waiting for Asher to do the same.

"Lets go then" he said getting up. He grabbed her crutches from the closet from her previous injury. He helped her up.
