Chase And Asher's dorm
((Yeah. School is really hard for me to deal with))Asher sighs.
Izzy wakes up again from another nightmare. This time she doesn’t move or make any noise so she doesn’t wake Asher up. Instead she just curls closer into him.
As if he knows she curled closer he puts his arms around her. Still asleep
Izzy smiles and closes her eyes again, drifting off for the third time. She liked the feeling and added weight of his arms around her, it was nice and comforting.
Asher woke up a bit later. His arms still around her. ((How are you btw?))
((I'm okay. I still don't know what day I'm starting school, I don't know what cohort I'm in, and I don't know my schedule. So I'm stressed out. This is my first year of high school too.))Iz had woken up a third time earlier in the morning and hadn't seen any point in trying to go back to sleep, so she just watched him for a bit, resting her eyes while in his arms.
((Aw i'm sorry you are stressed out. Just realize that people are in the same boat as you. I'm doing okay. It's the weekend so i'm off of school))Asher smiled softly.
"Did you get back to sleep?" he said groggily taking his arms away.
((That's good))Iz sighs. "Yeah. I woke up two more times, though. The last time I didn't even bother trying to fall asleep again." She frowns when he takes his arms away.
He see's her frown. "You like me holding you?" he asks putting them back around her pulling her close.
She nods. "It makes me feel safer," she whispers. Her soft smile returns.
"I'll never let go then." he whispers protectivly.
Izzy smiles, burying her face into the crook of his neck.
Asher smiles, "Hungry yet?"
Asher nods and picks her up still holding on. "Hold on tight." he said going to the ktichen. "What do you want?"
She shrugs. "I'm not sure," she says, holding onto him.
He got out some cereals and oatmeal. "This okay?" he asked getting milk out.
Izzy nods. "Perfect," she tells him with a small smile.
He pours himself some cereal. "Which one?" he asks her.
Izzy points at a random type of cereal. "That one," she replies.
He nods and puts it in a bowl. "Here you go!"
He nods and sits in a chair. Her still in her lap.
"If it's too much, you can put me down," Iz tells him, starting to eat.
He shakes his head. "If you feel safe then i'm gonna hold you." he said starting to eat.
Iz nods. "Okay... But if it's too much put me down."
He nods and still holds her.
Iz finishes eating and leans against him, happy.
She nods, closing her eyes. There was a smile on Izzy's face.
"Wanna do something?" Iz asks quietly, glancing at the bed.
He looked at her. “Sure. What you want to do?”
Asher smiles and goes over to the bed. He lays back.
“Okay. Let’s do something fun”
Iz raises her eyebrows with a smirk and goes to lay down next right to him.
He looks at her. “Your the director. What now”
"Why am I the director?" Iz asks, a slight whine to her voice.
“You want me to be?” He asks grinning.“Just tell me what we are doing and I’ll go with it”
((Gtg to bed))
((Goodnight!!!))"I think you know what we're doing better than I know what we're doing," she replies, grinning back.
Asher smirks. "If you want to okay." he said smiling. He pulled her over to him.
((PM's or?))
((Sure.))“Why wouldn’t I?” Izzy asks with a teasing smile. She lets him pull her over to him.
((Yeah. Sorry i've been busy))Asher smiles back.
"I assume your hungry." he said getting up, he pulls sweats on.
“Not really, but I’ll eat,” she says, tugging on her clothes from before.
Nightmares come and go, but Iz barely makes a sound. Only the occasional whimpers.
