((I have a few minutes))Asher nodded.
"Yeah. You can wear a t-shirt of mine."
"No problem." he said smiling. "I can sleep on the floor if you want the bed to yourself."
"It's alright," Izzy says, "It's your space. I could sleep in a chair or something if you want. I can sleep essentially anywhere."
"Don't sleep on the floor for me, I'm fine with whatever," she tells him.
"No you are sleeping on a bed." he said. "I can sleep in a chair. But if you wanted I can sleep in the bed too. But otherwise I can definitely sleep on a chair."
"I'm not letting you sleep in a chair in your own dorm. Not happening," she tells him stubbornly.
Asher looks at her. "Just go get dressed." he throws her a black t-shirt.
She catches it. "Fine," she says, walking into the bathroom. When she comes out she's in his shirt and it is hanging a couple inches above her knees.
Asher smiles. He grabs some shorts and puts them on quick. "You are sleeping in the bed. Since you don't want me to sleep on the floor or in a chair then I am too I guess." he said. "Unless you don't want me to."
"I don't mind," she says, trying to hide her smile.
Asher smiles. "Alright then. Did you want to watch a show or go right to bed?"
"Let's watch something," she suggests, smiling.
Asher sits on the bed. "What do you want to watch?"
"I don't know," she says, sitting down next to him.
Asher smiles. "We can watch greys anatomy, cooking show, outerbanks." he said listing of whatever came to his head.
Asher shook his head."We can watch it."
"It's hilarious, and it's on Netflix," Iz says smiling.
Asher smiles. He turns it on laying back. He takes off his brace and throws it on the table.
Izzy sighs, smiling. "You should ice your wrist. It helps it heal faster," she tells him.
"Yes doc." he said getting up. He grabbed some ice and sat back down.
She smiles. "Good," she says.((Gtg for dinner. I'll be back.))
((Same. Bye!))Asher smiled. He put his arm around her smiling.
((Back!!!))She smiles and slips her arm around his waist.
Asher smiles. He watches the show getting tired.
Izzy starts to have to force her eyes open and she yawns, smiling.
"Ready for bed?" he asks brushing her hair lightly.
"Okay." he said. He tucked her in and kissed her cheek. "Goodnight."
"Goodnight," Iz says, closing her eyes and slowly falling asleep.
Asher starts to fall asleep too.
Asher moves a little. He grasps for a pillow or anything.
Izzy's smile turns into a pained frown as she starts to dream about the night her family died. Tears run down her cheeks and she starts to shake. "No, please no," she whispers.
Asher woke up. He sat up. "Iz." he said holding her. "Your okay." He wiped the tears from her face.
She wakes up shaking, "y-yeah. Just a bad dream."
Asher still holds her. "I got you." he said softly
She slowly stops shaking. "What're your parents like?" Iz asks him.
Asher didn't let her go. "My parents are a lot like me. My mom has blonde hair though. I have a older sister who has a job somewhere else."
"That sounds nice," Iz says, leaning into him.
Asher nods. "My sister. She has panic attacks. I was the only one who could calm her down. She's better now but I liked feeling special and needed."
Asher shrugs. "Are you feeling better?" he asked brushing her face.
"Yeah, I think so. Sorry about that, by the way," She looks down.
Asher tips her face back up. "It's absolutely fine. Wake me up if you ever need anything."
Iz nods. "Ok," she says quietly, "I really didn't think the memories were going to come tonight."
"I'll protect you. Always." he said softly. "Are you ready for sleep?"
"I'll be right here the whole time." she said softly. He brushed her face lightly. He laid down holding onto her.
