All The Light We Cannot See

Fantastic book! Despite the hundreds of books I have read set during the Second World War, this book had a really fresh perspective. I really loved this author's writing style. His descriptions are very vivid and poetic. This is a terrific book for anyone who loves language.

I really did love this book right up until the ending

I know what you mean. I felt like the book should have ended with the war. Everything else felt "tacked on" and lacked the intensity of the rest of the book.
