The protagonist survives a plane crash in the American south western deserts. A prominent drug cartel member dies in the crash. The father or son of the dead individual turns up seeking answers/revenge. He tries to lay waste to a nearby town. The protagonist through superhuman efforst stops him.
The protagonist turns out to be either a middle eastern god/demon or reincarnation of such.
