This is mostly the Plot to the original Hunger Games book/movie, once a year the districts provide one boy and one girl from each district to participate in a fight to the death on live tv, excluding the quarter quells every 25 years which have special, intensified rules.

The group's changes:

1. The new "Romance Rules" allowing for lovebird tributes to compete and win together as long as the capitol deems the couple shippable (all pairings and capitol rulings are up to the character owners based on the dynamic they are trying to create)
These new rules are:

1. The tributes would now have the chance to pair up into couples, allowing both tributes to win the games.
2. The couples could be comprised of any districts and genders as long as they were willing to get married on their victory tour.
3. The couple will do their interview together.
4. The capital receives the right to vote yes or no post-interview on if they support the couple, making or breaking their ability to compete together.
5. As victors, the couple will reside in the district of the tribute with the higher kill count.

2. President Snow is retired and training his Grandson as future President of Panem, allowing for shifts in Panem to take place, for better or for worse, also allowing for non-tribute roleplay in the districts and capital. There will be spots open for the new characters in charge of governing Panem

3. We will be starting with the 80th games, the first Games after the new president has taken over and added the new "Romance Rules" to the games

4. The 75th game wasn't like the games from Catching Fire, the plot of the games can be decided by whoever makes the victor
