You have to contact support. Librarians can't help with this.

I was trying to help her with a couple of different things that are kind of merged in the request above and I got called away and accidentally posted an incomplete (and very confusing) answer for her. I think I've given her all the info she needs now about contacting support.
ETA: I'll get her other book that she mentioned above added as well.

I was telling her that since she has to contact GR anyway about editing info on her claimed profile bio, she should request that the two Sherry Lee Hutchison profiles be merged to the one with one space between the middle and last name since all the books on that profile are hers. Then I got called away before I could fully explain it.
Also, Andrew added the book for her Sherich Reison profile, so as she requested, I added her claimed profile name as a secondary author to it as well.
I think we got it straight now and she's going to contact support.
Oh, maybe I couldn't find Reison because it was added recently.
