SOLVED. Romance, NA: Hero thinks Heroine is trying to kill him. [s]

Hi! I've read a book almost a year or a couple of years ago and I can't remember much about the beginning. I also couldn't remember the author. I remembered H having doubts about h, who is his wife. H thinks that h is trying to kill him. One day, h prepared a birthday surprise for H, and H, having no idea about it, being led to somewhere dark by the h, thought that this is where h is going to kill him. But he was surprised when cheers erupted and all of his friends are there. H is still mistrusting of heroine. A few moments later, H was hit by a bottle at the back of his head and was dragged to a place near his house. He woke up to his cousin and aunt plotting how to end his life and h, having noticed H's absence searches for him and found him. H still thinks that h is plotting along with his cousin. I can't remember what happens next, but h was really innocent and is very much in love with H.

And for just additional info, I think H has a winery?
