Their attraction was immediate and it took a bit for them to give in. And, I like how they’re going to just take things slowly...no engagement, an acknowledgment that they’re both just starting new careers and need to give it time. Nicely done.
I agree. It was a really good ending to this story. They're attracted to one another but agree that they'll take things slowly. Perfect.
I think they are well suited for each other. But since this is an ongoing series, I kind of wish the author had taken more time with the romance portion. This book only covered a couple of days. I wouldn't have minded the quick pace if this was a one and done story for Lucy and Sean, but since it is a long series I would have liked a slower pace.
Their relationship progressed at the right speed, for me at least, and I'm glad that they are going to continue it. Sean is great to Lucy and doesn't baby her. Anita is right, they definitely need to get to know each other better. You never know what might happen in the coming books, Robin. The author likes surprises.
I do hope that their long-distance relationship isn't too long distant, one way or the other. Maybe he will move to her area? or at least be faithful to her in the meantime.
I like their relationship. I hope it works out for them. Sean does have that plane and can get to Quantico for a few weekend dates.
