I mentioned a few days ago that Scarlett Johansson was in the most SF/F movies in 2014. She's not done yet, since she's now apparently set to star in Dreamworks' live-action adaptation of Shirow's Ghost in the Shell manga.

Hollywood Reporter says Scarlett Johansson to Star in DreamWorks' 'Ghost in the Shell'.

If she's playing the lead, Major Matoko Kusanagi, I'm guessing they're changing the name and moving the story out of Japan. :'( Or. they are going to Brando her. :0
