challenge/shelf connection

I don't know if you can help. I accidentally deleted my old aroundtheworld2013 shelf. I've sort of rebuilt it but now it no longer connects to the old challenge of 2013. When I look at the old challenges here in the group, I can click on them or the number of books and get to see them, but not for 2013. Might it be possible to re-link the two?
