Step-by-Step Tapping question

Does anyone have personal experience with EFT to share? Ive tried it but I cant say I had any results. This is a difficult concept because its either a valuable tool, or an outright placebo. The power of suggestion and belief comes into play, but I have an open mind. Let me know what you think.
