Penny looked at them in confusion. What was wrong with Ben? He obviously wasn't okay...but what was wrong?

Penny stood a little ways away, concerned, but she figured she should let Adria handle this.
Adria could barley see anything anymore, she saw things blurred and gray, “please Ben, wake up, i need you”
"No one needs me." He said. "No one wants me."
“I need you...” her tears streamed down her cheeks, that had been threatening to spill over this whole time, Adria fell unconscious, from exhaustion and lack of water, from sadness and despair
Ben watched her fall unconscious. He closed his eyes. Remember who you are! He yelled at himself. "My name is Ben." He said and opened his eyes. Everything was clear again, he knew who he was. He held onto Adria. Hoping she would wake up
Adria gasped in her sleep/unconsciousness and more tears fell down her cheeks
Ben leaned down and kissed her
She smiled slightly and the tears slowed down
"I'm awake. Your turn." He said softly
Adria slowly started to wake up, everything was still blurred and tinted gray, but that was because she was still worried about Ben
She looked up at him and smiled a little bit more, “you awake?” Adria tasted blood...
Penny sighed in relief to see that Ben was okay again, and stood up.
“Wait, i taste blood, and I’m glad your back” she sat up the slightest bit
"You were biting your cheek." He said
“Thanks” Adria groaned and sat up all the way, “I’m glad your back”
He smiled. "Me too." He said and then looked at Penny. "We should move."
Adria nodded and stood, shakily, “i need water”
Ben suddenly felt bad for not grabbing any bags
"Yeah, we all need water. Ben doesn't have bags yet, why doesn't he go get some?"
She shook her head, trying to clear the pounding headache
"Fine! I'll go get some bags!" He walks toward the Cornipia mumbling something
Adria shook her head again and tried to walk, but fell again, reaching for the wall
Penny glanced at Adria. "Is he angry or is he just always like that..." she mutters. "It was just a suggestion..."
Ben walked back with a red and black bag, still mumbling
Penny lunged towards Adria, catching her. "Hey, are you okay?"
Adria sighed, “look stop being grumpy” she said
Penny was now highly concerned about both her allies.
"I'm not grumpy." He said defensively
Penny arched her eyebrows but nodded. "If you say so..."
Adria sighed, “i cant walk and Ben’s meds are wearing off, we cant go anywhere”
He looks at the last pain med. He put it in Adria's hand
"We're in a bad shape," Penny said.
“What you want me to protect this or take it?” She asked
Adria shook her head and backed up, “i wont die, you will” she said stuffing the med deep in her pocket
"I know." He said. "But that won't save my life."
“Yes but it can delay it, until we get you some actual medicine” she said, “you will tell me when it starts hurting?”
