"Why do you carr if I die?" He asked
"You're my ally! you cannot die!"
"I'm going die at some point anyway." He said
Penny begins to say something but pauses. "But you don't have to die now."
He ignored what she said. "What were you about to say?"
"I was going to say that you could win," she mumbles. "But...one of us has to die, I guess."
"And I'll be the first." He said
"No!" she insists. ((I've gotta go now...I'll be on tomorrow at some points))
"Ben, BE QUIET!!" Adria shouted as she jumped to her feet and ran to his side
He sighed. "Why? We all know that I'm going to die."
she glared at him, "you will be quiet or I will kill you myself, and then kill myself," she said in a dangerously low voice
"Don't worry. You won't have to kill me." He groaned
Adria sighed and looked through her bags, ughh, there is literally nothing I can use...wait... she ripped off some of her shirt...and...stuffed it into Ben's mouth
"just be quiet, I didn't do that for nothing," she snapped looking around again
He sighed, his mouth full of cloth
Adria's glare faded. did the game makers want us to die before any fighting happens?!!!!
Ben held her hand and gave it a squeeze
she glanced at him, and the tears threatened to spill over
He hugged her and rubbed her back
"You didn't do anything." He said
" I need t-to be strong," Adria pulled out of his arms and dusted herself off
"You can't be strong when someone you love is dieing." He said
"its harder then you think" she snapped, angry for some reason, "I've had to watch everyone I love die, EVERYONE!!"
"I'm the one who's dieing!" He snapped back
Adria broke, right there and then, her entire person broke, she was no longer the strong person that walked in here, the person who volunteered at the reaping, she was like a district 12, weak hungry, but for something other than food, she was hungry for life. Adria Mire the best sword fighter and just fighter in her age group back in the district, the tough person who had watched her sister being dragged away and her best friend killed and watch her boyfriend die right before her eyes, in person, was reduced to a weakling
He swolled and hugged her, ignoring the pain in his leg

she cried, letting a who lifetime of tears pour out of her, she cried for everything and everyone
Ben just hugged her, her tears soaking his shirt
"im so sorry," she whispered, "I just can't go on"

Ben looked at the door. "Adria." He said, barely a whisper
He tried to go grab it, but fell and screamed in pain
Adria jumped to her feet and tried to pull Ben up, "you need to work with me here," she whispered
He groaned and couldn't get off the floor. "Just get me the meds."

she nods and runs to the door, grabs the meds, and takes them back to him, then looks at them again, "ben there are only two"
