Not a problem, Melanie. Our first thoughts were if you were okay. Life supersedes games. :) Enjoy the rest of your vacation!

Yes! Thank you for the catch.
Yes! Thank you for the catch.
Glad to help! I was jotting it down in my notebook and was like, "Wait a second. Today's not the 14th!" (It is today, of course, but I was thinking that yesterday.) That sort of thing happens to me all the time, and I'm constantly checking the date on my phone or calendar -- and sometimes both!
My days/dates are all mixed up right now. lol! I should have double checked before posting, but wanted to get it up quickly since I was late.
No worries, Melanie! So I'm keeping a running list of books/points for each team in my files, typing them up along the way as I have time. Let me know if/when you want to take back over on the updates, and I can e-mail you the files. Otherwise, I'll continue to post updates once the week is done and the new categories are revealed each week.
Thanks for letting me help out. :)

So, how's the challenge going for everyone? I went on a vacation to visit my family in Idaho last week. Not much time for reading when we were going places every day. But this week, I'm back home and back to my regular schedule with lots of time to listen to books while I clean people's houses and such.
I hope you had fun on your vacation, Emily! I know what you mean about lack of reading time while on vacation. ;)
@Melanie, Thanks it was a fun vacation. And yes, I can hardly believe this long challenge is more than half over.
Melanie wrote: "I can hardly "Hey Mel!! I just finished a book that had a custody fight & someone broke his restraining order (caused suspense for me due to personal experiences). Does that count as suspense/thriller? If I'm reaching, it's no big deal. Just wondering!! :)

That's fine, as it was suspenseful for you.

I just posted some updates. Remember, all books must be finished no later than 11:00 p.m. Central tonight. (Here's the countdown clock Melanie created for us.)I'll be doing another update at 11:30 p.m., to allow time for those books to get put in. If there are any posted after that, I'll leave those up to Melanie to update.
