Sorry Thomas, but the links to amazon etc are set by the mbrs for each book, so combining editions doesn't change any links.

It's broken because the ISBN is used for the Kindle edition. I made a note on the work, pending whether there is a non Amazon ebook to make a new edition, or change this one to Kindle.
