Is there a limit to how many characters you can make?
Um, this is my first time trying role play, so this is all new to me. How do you like dorm with someone?

Are more than one character allowed to have the same power? Can a person have multiple different types of powers? Like fire and water? How many powers is one single person allowed to have?

I'm not sure about the answer to all the questions, but I do know that each character has a limit to 2 powers. I think that to get powers you have to go request them and have it approved by the Mods.
