This book is not mine, please move it (part 7)
Hi! My novel 'Voiceless: A Mermaid's Tale' (print and ebook) still appears on another authors page who is also called Anna Finch. I'm planning on doing ARC giveaways for the novel and it needs to appear in my author profile. The other Anna Finch is an illustrator. I've changed my user profile and added the url: anna_finch_author so the user/url is a bit different from the other author.

And you should never change your author profile name as it creates cascading problems.
2. Goodreads differentiates between authors of the same name with spaces before the last name.
3. Your author profile name has 2 spaces. Anna^^Finch, where the ^ equals a space.
4. If you contacted Goodreads support, they moved the book on the wrong profile to your profile. The book you added after that did not have the 2 spaces, so it went to the wrong profile. I have moved it.
5. If you need assistance at any time, it is helpful to mention that your profile has 2 spaces.

3. It is really helpful to mention that your profile has 2 spaces when asking for assistance.
4. When you add books yourself, it is important to identify the Amazon "ebooks" as Kindle editions. Kindle editions use the ASIN. I changed all of your editions that have ASINs to Kindle. Among the best reasons for your to do that, it allows readers to access the record on Amazon if they want more information or want to purchase the book.
5. Can you tell me if the "Fox in the Garden" has been available for purchase, or has it only been available by subscribing to your mailing list?

I'm still learning how all of this on Goodreads works. I have a book under my books that is not mine. I already had someone attempt to remove it but it seems their change didn't go through. My author name is Laurinda D. Williams and my book is Lunar Blue, but there is another author's book listed under my name as mine. It's "Cracks in the Wax" by Laurinda Williams. This book needs to be removed from my account! The error occurred when I added my ebook to amazon's kindle direct publishing and forgot to put the D. in my name. It caused Goodreads to get confused (my fault). Can anyone help me with this?

Putting a librarian note on a book will not garner any assistance as it does not trigger any messages or notifications to any source. I took the note off of the last book. Posting in this forum is the quickest way to get those books removed.

As for these, I'm not sure on which side these will end up falling, since I'm aware there's otherwise the features for alternate editions, but I'm in the process of re-releasing these books as a complete reboot of my series, with the new versions being re-edited with new material, so I'd rather people solely be directed now towards the 2020 etc. releases, thus ideally the older ones would no longer be visible on my page either:

1. Goodreads allows readers to shelve the editions they own, not just to purchase new editions.
2. The new edition has been combined with the original editions and identified as a Revised edition.
