1. I found that your first book was published under David T. Howard. It is Goodreads policy to use the author name on the cover as the primary author. I corrected the work, and added your current author profile name of David^^^Howard as the secondary author.
2. I strongly recommend that you contact Goodreads support and request that they change your author profile name to David T. Howard.

4. Please do not change your profile name yourself, as that causes cascading problems..

1. There are several authors with the name Marie Brown.
2. Goodreads disambiguates between authors of the same name by using spaces between the author's first and last name.
3. Your author profile has 4 spaces: Marie^^^^Brown, where the ^ equals a space.
4. When publications are automatically imported from Amazon or other sources, the "handshake' between Goodreads and the other source do not recognize multiple spaces, so the work goes to the default 1 space profile.
5. You can post in this forum to have it moved, or you can add the book with the 4 spaces between your first and last name before publication.
6. When you ask for assistance, it is helpful to include that your author profile has 4 spaces.
7. I found a couple of stray editions of your other works, and moved to your profile and combined appropriately.

4. Because there are multiple authors with your name, [at least 15, likely more] there may be occasions when a typing error on someone's part may inadvertantly land a book that is not yours into your profile. It is a simple matter for a librarian to correct this. You can post in this group.
5. If you need assistance, it is quite helpful to mention that your profile has 4 spaces.
6. As you did in this request, providing links to the works in question is very helpful to librarians, so I appreciate that you did that.

1. your author profile has 2 spaces between your first and last name.

The Last Red Dragon this is the book I was trying to add, but every time I clicked it, it would just send me to the site, and not add it, now there is another. book, same title no cover, but I don't want that. please help!!! and also Children and planning is not my book either, author is Andrea Cook.

2. When you add a book, if you get an error for having an incorrect number of any kind, you should probably stop and not add the work. Just some basic information that may be helpful:
***a. The ASIN is for Kindle editions or Audible editions. It only goes in the ASIN field, never in the ISBN field.
***b. If there is an ASIN, there should not be an ISBN. And an ISBN and an ASIN should never be on the same edition.
***c. the long ISBN, called the ISBN 13, should only go in the ISBN13 field and not partially in the ISBN10 field.
***d. The short ISBN, also called the ISBN10 should only be in the ISBN field, not the ASIN or the ISBN13 field.
3. I deleted the stray edition, and corrected the others.

7. Your book has no publication information. Does it have an ISBN? Hardcover, paperback, ebook? If it available on Amazon, as a Kindle edition, it should have an ASIN.
