Free reads from an author's blog

Can I add a book that only exists on the authors blog? It's a free read; the author post chapter by chapter. Here's the link:

Can such a book even be added or are there special rules, as to what kind of books can be added to Goodreads? I don't think this free read has an ISBN...

It doesn't have to have an ISBN, but it should be available as a single entity, preferably one that is downloadable. If it only exists as a series if pages on an author's blog, it should not be added.
