Samantha (writerofictions) | 8 comments Hey there!

I have a YA Dystopian novel that you might find interesting!

The synopsis is as follows:

What's it like being alone at the end of the world?
Avery Harris never thought he'd find out.

Avery was a normal teenager. He had a mother he loved, a father he looked up to, and a little sister who annoyed him to no end. They weren't rich or famous, but they got by, and life was as decent as could be expected in the tiny town of Graven, Kentucky.

The Ruger Virus was barely a blip on anyone's radar. It started with a single case in Louisiana and spread across the globe like wildfire, unexpected an unprecedented, bringing death and quarantine in its wake. Humanity prayed for a cure that never came, and eventually Avery was the last person left in Graven...and maybe the world.

With the harsh North American winter bearing down, it's now a race against the clock. Avery needs food, medicine, and a plan to leave Graven when spring arrives. His survival, and that of his dog Tilly, rests squarely on his shoulders. He is, after all, the last man standing.

Or is he?

If you're interested I'd love to work with you! You can always reach me via DM here or at sammah@gmail.com

Gregory Ulseth | 11 comments Hello Lina,

I recently self-published a Military/Religious dystopian titled, "We Have A Plan." I would love to have a you review it. Please let me know if you are interested: gregory.g.ulseth@outlook.com

Description/Blurb: The mission was to salvage the society we once held dear and eliminate religious and underclass oppression. The plan was to build strength through the subterranean network of outlawed religious institutions and high-tech paramilitary powers to infiltrate and to gather assets along the way. Charlie was one such asset groomed from birth to help these Revolutionaries.

Charlie Prescott, a teenager born into an influential family in early 22nd-century America, is forced to grow up fast when he is thrust into a chaotic war. His life of luxury is turned upside down when he learns about the events of the Great Nuclear War and the regional governments. The underground culture he grew up with becomes his strength as he fights for liberty and freedom on the front lines of the war on the southern border. Along the way, he meets a team of unique individuals who become his new family. One thing is certain, though: Charlie must not give up on any part of his family or his faith.

S.B. Redstone (sbredstone) | 14 comments Hi Lina,

I am seeking reviewers for my latest novel—Time Of The Lioness: Internet Apocalypse Book 1. I am offering a free gifted ebook from Amazon for a review. https://amzn.to/3answX5 I can be reached here or at Inkblot19@gmail.com.

This is the premise, which I hope to tantalize you with. For my novel, I researched a multitude of destructive computer viruses, believing I’d create an imaginary one. To my heart-throbbing amazement, this lethal virus had already been developed by international hackers. I was now convinced, along with Internet security experts, an Internet Apocalypse is inevitable.

You’re at work, in school, out shopping, trapped in an elevator, or sky-high on an
amusement park ride, when the power and lights suddenly go out. For a moment, you’re just annoyed, expecting only a momentary problem. Doesn’t happen! Along with the power outage, all means of communication have been severed. The Internet is down and a terrorist’s face gloats. Fear now creeps into your optimism. Hours later, with a world overly dependent on cyberspace, global economies begin to crumble from this irrevocable cyberattack. Totally freaked out, you’ve now become a prisoner of inertia—clueless about how to deal with anarchy, cruelty, and violence. Annie Oakley Frye is a Cyber Warfare Specialist accepted cyberspace had become a cesspool of evil. Annie does not live in a dystopian, fantasy world like Katniss Everdeen, Beatrice Prior, and Lara Croft—she lives among us. Once she discovers this invisible menace is lurking in a million businesses and government agency networks, and it can’t be stopped from obliterating world economies, she sheds her mild-mannered personality and becomes the lioness of her youth to survive. Out of kindness she warns her friends about this approaching cyber nightmare, but they scoff at her insider information and doomsday scenario, believing the government won't let it happen. Once the cyber nightmare launches a surprise arrives at her door!

Hoped To hear from you,

Steve

Stormy Sto Helit | 10 comments If you'd be willing, we would love for you to take a look at Mirrorfall (Book #1 of Ash & Blue ). I've included details below, including a synopsis, but I'd invite you to take a look at our Reviewer Page (https://ashandblue.com/welcome-reviewers), which gives a little more detail on the series, and highlights some of the key themes (including mental health and queer representation), along with linking to other media (like series art) and our podcast adaptation.

By default, we supply Kindle/mobi as well as ePub copies of Mirrorfall, but if you need another format (such as PDF), we're happy to oblige.

Without further ado, here are the details.

Title: Mirrorfall

Series: Ash & Blue

Agent Ryan never thought Stef would remember him. Agents are designed to fade into the background, to do their duty and move on without making too many ripples.

Stef's a messy little ripple he never expected. A recruit who can't keep her shoes clean for half an hour, but attentive to every detail and fact about magic that he can impart.

In a world where magic and tech play in harmony, an angel and a loner might be the family each other needed.

Zita Harrison (httpswwwzitaharrisoncom) | 9 comments Hi! I just published a gothic suspense novel - Owl Manor - the Final Stroke. It is part of trilogy, but each book is standalone, so the other two do not need to be read to understand them. Pls. let me know if you're interested.

Amazon description: For a quarter of a century, the horrors at Owl Manor have been buried under dust and decay, forgotten and unheard.

Then Dolores hears the whispers.

Dolores, a young artist, feels the pain all around her. It is the subject of her paintings. Strangely, once the pain is on her canvas, it diminishes.

A fated encounter takes her and her two best friends to Owl Manor in the Rocky Mountains. Ignoring the rumors of a gruesome past and ghosts, they take up residence. What’s the worst that could happen?

But it is the past that has summoned Dolores.

The owls begin to circle the sky again. The whispers get louder, seeping into each of their souls. And Dolores, besieged by the pain of brutal murders in the manor's history, has no choice but to paint.

For the lives of those close to her hang in the balance.

C.I. DeMann | 22 comments Hi Lina. Are you still doing reviews? If so, you're awesome. Text Chain's my third novel, it's a romantic comedy set in college, and I hope you'd like to review it. It came out just a few days ago, so it's only got a few reviews so far, but they're all good. Text Chain Here's what one person had to say on Amazon.
"C.I. Demann's characters leap off the page. They are so real that, like Sarah, I want to reach through the screen and give them all a big hug. They are my new best friends. Friends who are 1,000 times wittier than I am, sure. But that's what you get from an author as funny as this one. Demann reminds me of Nick Hornby in all the best ways. His characters are so realistic it's frankly unbelievable, and I am outraged that he is so much better at writing characters than I am. If you want to feel all the feels and laugh yourself silly, read this book now."
If you're interested, let me know.

Hi, .

Would you be interested in reviewing my new book? It’s set in Australia and is a prequel to my debut novel GOLD! — The Kincaid Saga, Book One.

Both books, although obviously linked, are written as standalone stories.
(Feargus is on preorder at the moment and due for release on April 11. I’d still love a review even if you can’t manage it by then; better late than never, as they say.)

Here’s a brief blurb:
Feargus Kincaid is a down-to-earth working-class Aussie bloke. He wouldn’t hurt a fly—or would he?
When his girlfriend is attacked by three thugs, he and his best mate mete out their own form of rough justice, setting in train a series of events that will propel them into the shady world of gangsters, protection racketeers, and The Mafia. In the 1940s and 50s, life in Australia was simple. Feargus is about to see how complicated it can get.

After a confrontation that leaves him with severe injuries, and despite his best intentions, Feargus finds himself drawn into a life of crime and drug addiction from which escape seems impossible. With the help of his friend and partner in crime, Paddy, he struggles to attain redemption for himself and a secure future for his sons.

Sometimes, however, Fate has other ideas.

It's not a sweet romance, nor is it a happy family tale. Feargus is basically a good guy who makes some bad choices and finds it hard mending his ways.
As usual, all characters in this story are fictional, but many are composites of everyday Aussies I’ve come across over several decades of living in this great and wonderous land we call Oz.

I can send it as a PDF or an EBOOK. Please email me and let me know your preferences.
Thanks in anticipation.

Ermina Mujcic | 3 comments Hi Lina! 😊

I came across your profile and saw that you're open to reviewing books—you seem like a genuine book lover, and I think you might enjoy mine! I recently published a high fantasy novel called “Crown’s Echo: Five Kingdoms.” It's trilogy and this is just part 1, part 2 is coming out in May and part 3 in October.

It’s an epic story about a rebellious elven princess, a dark prophecy, forbidden love, and a mysterious evil rising from the shadows. If you enjoy character-driven fantasy with strong female leads and a bit of romance, mystery, and danger, I’d love to send it your way.

Let me know if it sounds interesting! I’d be happy to send you more info. The book is free to read via Kindle Unlimited on Amazon.
But if you prefer a direct file, I can also send a PDF copy — just let me know!

Thanks either way, and keep up the amazing work you do for authors and readers alike! 🌿✨

Hi, Lina. Thank you for your kind offer. I write reviews myself, so I appreciate the effort and time that goes into creating them.

I'd love a review of the second Kincaid Saga book and follow-up to GOLD! Feargus is a prequel, so you can still enjoy this tale even if you haven't read the first in the series.

A violent confrontation resulting in severe injuries leaves him reliant on painkillers. Despite his best intentions, Feargus finds himself drawn into a life of crime and drug addiction from which escape seems impossible. With the help of his friend and partner in crime, Paddy, he struggles to attain redemption for himself and a secure future for his sons, Malcolm and Jamie.

Sometimes, however, Fate has other ideas.

Feargus is written for lovers of gritty fiction and 20th-century drama. Any and all reviews, long or short, will be most welcome. Even a simple star rating if you prefer.

And yes, it is available on KU if you happen to subscribe. Here's a link:

Thanks again. Thomas.
