7. Don't worry, we are not going to try a seance, but if you could ask the author a question, what would you ask?

If the author were here, I'd ask where did he got the character of Grazia Nassi. I suspect she is an invented character, but am not sure.

Fonch | 2446 comments This is the problem that i am not totally sure that she was a fictional character. In the novel of Jesús Sánchez Adalid appears a daughter of Yussuf Nassi that he escaped and married with the main character. Perhaps Louis de Wohl confused the aunt and the nieve but i do not know :-(.

Fonch | 2446 comments Oh Spirit of the mythical De Wohl i would like that you answer a question of a poor mortal *joke*.
Now seriously i know that i am going to be a fan of the Ottoman Empire but One of the things that i would like to ask to Louis de Wohl is where he obtained all information about the political situation of the Ottoman Empire? And where Louis de Wohl obtained the information? The name of the spies mentioned by Ruy Gomes are real or fiction? Did you go to the archives of Simancas?

The conversation between Duke of Alba, Ruy Gomes and the King Philipp II is marevellous and It is a reflect of the political opinion of the two parties of Philipp II the Alba Closer to the fair war Who defends the Interest of the christians and The Ebolis Closer to the diplomátic, relativist and they believe in the Ostpolitik. Malta It is a Big example that they Saw the political of the 16th century about Malta Siege i recomend the novels Ironfire by David Ball Angels in Iron by Nicholas C. Pratta and "Natural Lord" by Laszlo Passuth however Solimán had been defeated in other ocassions as Mika Waltari told in The Wanderer.

I would ask him to talk about Don Juan's spiritual children-in whom and in what ways does he see the example/ legacy of Don Juan manifesting?

Fonch | 2446 comments It is a very difficult i consider that all good spanish that he defended his country and the Catholic Church is a worth spiritual son of Don Juan in his age perhaps his nephew Alexander Farnese. We have a similar case with Alonso Contreras, María Pita, Blas de Lezo, The Cardinal Infant Don Fernando, Ambrose Spinola the heroes of our independance war.
