As to #2, the author hasn't written a second book, under either name, and its been 4 or 5 yrs, so I'm not inclined to create a series for just the 1 book.

#6 Unfortunately those books don't meet the criteria for a series on GR. You could create a Listopia List for them though.
To create a list go to the header - click Browse, click lists, on the right hand side is another link - Create New List.It will bring you to this:

Once you fill in the details & save it, it will take you to a screen where you can add the books.
