I'm about 75% done with this one so far! It REALLY reminds me of a show called "Hunters" on Amazon Prime. Maybe this is where they got some of their inspiration from! Anyways, if you like the plot of this book definitely give that show a watch afterwards!

I read the book a few years back and enjoyed it. But I have never seen the movie adaptation that was made of the novel. I think it starred John Voight (sp?) back when he was an A-List star in Hollywood, but the film came out so long ago that I have never see it either on cable or DVD.Has anyone seen the film? And if so, did it do justice to the novel?
I first read this about 35 years ago when I was in high school, near the end of the Cold War. I remember enjoying it then and looking forward to the re-read.
