Policy and Guideline for Giveaways

This policy is hereby enacted to protect the members of FLASHLIGHT READERS from potential spam.

However, we are excited to connect authors with our members, but adherence to the following guidelines is MANDATORY.

Attention Authors:

1. If you would like to request a group review, free offer and/or giveaway, you MUST contact the founder via private message to discuss prior to posting.

2. We retain the right to delete any unapproved posts seeking reviewers as well as ban users for self-promotion.

3. We also retain the right to refuse participation in reviews and/or giveaways without explanation.

4. Under absolutely no circumstances is any money to ever exchange between the author and a potential reader. The only acceptable exchange is an honest review.

5. Please, do not join the group just to promote your book. We will be more likely to accept a promotional offer if it is generated by an active member. However, group membership is not required.

6. Failure to follow these guidelines, will result in deletion of the original post as well as a permanent ban of the person responsible.

Attention FLASHLIGHT READERS:

1. The Author's can create topics to post there promotions if they agree the above terms.

2. If you are a reader and do not receive the material promised, please contact the author or the any moderator ASAP.

3. Feel free to flag any threads that seem questionable in order to alert a moderator.
