SOLVED. Thriller: Book Set in France with word "place" in title about a nanny finding out shady things. [s]

I got an advanced read copy of this book and read it about a week ago (2020). It was called something with the word "place" in the title and it came with a little door hanger that said "do not disturb." it was written by a female author. It was set in France and was a mystery/thriller about this lady becoming a nanny and finding out some shady stuff about her boss' company. I can't remember the title at all and I don't have the copy of the book anymore. The main character's name was Emily and the boss' name was Scott (I think).

She was on a plane to some remote villa in France in the beginning of the book. The cover had a lot of blue on it.
