Done. As the publisher page does not show the ISBN of the book, could not use that image, however found a good quality one on bookdepository. Page count set to 238, as per worldcat, please let me know if you disagree (please include what is on the additional pages, if so).

Since this request goes beyond just page numbering, in future it would be best to post in the Book Issues folder. Thanks!
