I would agree with Emma and Jazzy in saying that the ending felt rushed. But I still pretty much enjoyed it. It was only rational for Will to be killed...but Johnno, being punished..? I know what they did to Loner was wrong. But Johnno's life hadn't been any good since then. He had his regrets (which according to me is the worst punishment on it's own).
I wanted to know a bit more of what happened afterwards..
Overall, the book was very enjoyable..atmospheric and dark. Different from any mystery I had read so far. (hide spoiler)]

Finished (view spoiler)[ wow what a wild ride! I’m glad we finally got a POV from Will, it was interesting to see his voice, amd I thought the author portrayed him very well. It’s crazy how many people’s lives he’s messed up! I felt so bad for Johnno, and Hannah, and even Olivia in the end. But Aoife? I did not see that coming. I think that was a bitchy move. She seemed to have morals. And the fact that she married her dead brothers best friend? That’s kind of weird, like that’s such a huge coincidence.
I think it’s unrealistic how they are all linked and I wish there was more of the solving aspect. What did you guys think? (hide spoiler)]

She left as the untouchable one, ironically Will didn’t, and I think she never portrayed her true feelings in her POVs, which could have been a really interesting story line. “I rearrange my expression into one of joyful anticipation.”
Makes Jules seem strangely psychopathic, which probably wasn’t the intention, but we never seem to see her true self. I wish we had. (hide spoiler)]

But then he turns out to be Alice's boyfriend too..And then we see Aoife who was Loner's sister...and who married Loner's friend, who was the witness to Will and Johnno's deed. Another random plot hole I remembered was that when Olivia brought "Steven" over to Julia's house to have sex or whatever. Why didn't Will recognize the house when he was dating Julia? Yeah. She was super controlling but we never really unpacked the reasons for this, unless it was all to do with her childhood, which, surely she’s grown up from that now? She supposed to be 30-something.

Jules said that she never invited him around, because she didn’t want Mum or Olivia to ruin what she had with Will. We already know that it was a very short dating period, so i guess it could be possible that he never went round until they got engaged.

For a moment I thought Johnno was the dead one but I'm not surprised Aoife killed Will I see it coming I just wanted to know how she was connected. It would be more crazier if Aoife, Hannah, Olivia and Jules killed him together but well it was a nice thriller before the 51%. (hide spoiler)]

Too many connections made it feel unrealistic.
But I have seen this criteria in many books and movies..where in the end, every person turns out to be connected in some way or other.
There were many hints provided which made it obvious that Will would be murdered. But I didn't really guess Aoife being the murderer until last part of the book. But I should have seen it coming, as usually it is the person one would least expect. (hide spoiler)]

Instead, it's easy for us to guess he was murdered due to the many coincidences. I read the first 15 pages of this before bed and the first thing I wanted to do when I got up today was pick it up. There aren't any chapter numbers unfortunately, so I'll put page number and percentage so I don't spoil anything (not that I've gotten to anything really important yet)

I did notice Will doesn't have his own chapters, so it seems likely that he would be "the body" or even the killer, but something about the writing leads me to believe that the author will be good with plot twists and false leads.
