Removing book from series

Could someone please remove the above book from The Misrule series page where it currently shows. It is a short story and doesn't belong there.

Where is this book available?

It's not. Neither is Shark Teeth, which also appears on my book page. Both were short stories sent to readers and both ended up here. If possible, I'd like both removed completely as they are short stories that are not available anywhere. Many thanks, Andy Graham

It looks like they are included in The Morgen Towers but not on their own, is that right? We just have to be very clear.

Yes, they are both short stories that feature in The Morgen Towers but are not available anywhere independently.

I am merging them into the main work. It will take a day or two for them to disappear completely.
