Thank you. It is available in all e-book stores (Nook, Kobo, etc) but none come up here except amazon.

It says Kindle edition, which is Amazon. You could add another ebook edition, but I don't know that you would get the links anyway. You might do better asking about this in the Author Feedback group: https://www.goodreads.com/group/show/...

Book links to other sites are customized on a per-user basis (each user chooses theirs), not a per-book basis.

If the B&N ID is provided by the author, we can add an ebook edition for that ID. We are not allowed to take the information directly from B&N (or any other bookseller, other than Amazon)
