Alexandria sat in the library, drawing runes and symbols on a piece of parchment in blood-red ink. The teacher seemed incredibly focused, until...

"What purpose have you summoned me for?" A voice echoed from behind her, making her jump and spill a bit of red ink down the front of her white dress. She glared at Elijah, who had appeared behind her chair.

"Jeez, you look like you've been stabbed." He said, noting the bright-red stain.

"Well, maybe you shouldn't sneak up on me like that."

"You have to admit, it was a pretty good joke."

Alexandria shook her head, rolling her eyes. "Don't you have a class in a few minutes?"

Elijah froze. "That I do. See you later!" He ran out of the library, leaving Alexandria to clean up the mess.
