Uh...They’re like 13 years old. Far too young to be dating or us to be ‘shipping’ them with anyone. Joel and Emily are just friends, it’s a book about friendship with adventures and roman myths. Paelin is an immortal god, he’s thousands or at least hundreds of years older than Emily. He also shows no romantic interest in her. This book is about 13 year olds and their friendship not romance or relationships.
