Looking for guidance to run ARC for Nonfiction Self-help book

I am a new Member in this group. I would like to run Advance Review Copy (ARC) campaign for Non-fiction self-help Kindle book which is planned to be launched during last week of May 2020.

I request you to provide me your guidance on the following :

1. Whether a download link can be provided to the reviewers instead of parking my book on Amazon Kindle as pre-publication edition.

2. What format of ebook is generally comfortable for reviewers? pdf or word or mobi files.

3. How long I can keep the ARC campaign open for reviews for my ebook containing about 7,000 words.

4. Since the unpublished book can not be added in Goodreads, How and where the reader / reviewer will be requested to post the review.
