If memory serves, this book was first published sometime in the 1940s, yet its original publishing date is marked as 200. That's not right. Presumably someone meant to put 200_, but I know neither which edition is the offending one nor what the proper year should be, and I'm too busy at the moment to track either down. Does anyone else have the spare time to fix this?

Found the "200" edition. More issues with this edition (no isbn). Removed the year for now.
First publication is 1941, changed.
