Two old crows and Slick and his buddies have been very busy the last few days. Congratulations to all who have finished Level 2 and Level 4! Keep up the killing!
I think I have finished a level, if I have followed the directions correctly.https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...

Never mind. I rearranged things and I am not done a level.
After reading 12 more books AND completing Martin's Song of Ice and Fire (Game of Thrones) series to date, I've finally killed level 8!Mad at Martin for not having book 6 published!
Go Debra! I just finished level 7, and it took me 180 points! I just couldn't bring myself to finish any series...and I finally did last night. I've also decided not to include first books in series that I'm not likely to continue. There are too many of those.

No, I'm afraid not. I've left a message on your reporting thread that will hopefully explain things a bit better.

Maybe by the time I finish book 5 it will be published? No? One can only hope.
Keep dreaming, Janice. He's publishing a PREQUEL this year! A prequel!!!!Lara, I know what you mean about having too many series to read on your list. Same here!
Well I guess that gives me time to get to the rest of the series of GAme of Thrones. I have only read the first one
I didn't realise it was a prequel. I thought it was a collection of short stories all about the hedge knight (can't remember name) in GoT. Anything is good to tide us over. I reckon book 6 beginning of next year although I hope it's this year.
just checked and it is about hedge knight but one around a century before events in GoT. Dunk and Egg series. Out October.
I recently read that George R R Martin is promising to buckle down and write book 6. I doubt it will be out until late 2016, or more likely sometime in 2017. In the meantime HBO will move forward with Game of Thrones, using some of Martin's ideas and those of the script writers.
Yeah, Sarah, I know about the darned prequel. Thanks for the clarification. Geesh, George! lolHe better buckle down, Theresa! At this rate I'm going to have to reread at least 4 and 5!
Oh, don't do that Diane. :( Just start now and move forward. You still have more than half a year to read one level.
I've been reading a lot of books that are 'mid-series' so it has taken me a while to get Level 11 done. But here it is! My original goal was to make it to 12 Levels, but I am going to have to raise that goal a bit since it isn't even halfway through the year and I am almost there! I just love this serial-killing business!Level 11

A scattergun approach to Level 14 but it goes down at last! I ended up reading ten books in seven different series for this one. Going to try to squeeze the life out of...I mean, squeeze in ... another level before the toppler.
