I feel you! My kids are on spring break this week, I know I don't get a break, but not having to worry about school and such, is definitely a big break :-) The only person I need to worry about getting up in the morning is me! I hope you're going somewhere fun Janice.

Yes. I'm going on a road trip.

I'm meeting up with a man (and his wife) from England with whom I have been playing Backgammon online for a few years. We're going to meet in Jasper, Alberta for two nights. My parents decided they'd like to crash the party, so they are going to come and join me for two nights. From there, I'm treating myself to a ritzy hotel in Banff for two nights of blissful solitude. Hot springs, spa, fine dining, here I come. When I leave Banff, I will stop over in Calgary for a couple of hours to visit my (ex)mother-in-law. She's going to be 96 at the end of May and I haven't seen her for awhile. Leaving Calgary, I go to my parents' in Lacombe. My sister arrives from Hawaii on the 8th, so I'll stay the weekend to visit her. Then, I head back home on Mother's Day.

It's a big circle that starts out in northern Alberta, goes south through the mountains, then swings around in Central Alberta before I head back north again.
