You have to post a status update I suppose. We just edit the book records and have no real insight into site functionality. I would visit Goodreads Help with their FAQ and author sections. https://help.goodreads.com

I realize this is the 2nd or third post/question I'm writing in here. But I'm naturally-curious. Do the followers on my profile know I've released a new book as noted above? And if not, how can I notify them, other than posting a blog?
