Soooo depressing!!

I am on page294 and can hardly bring myself to finish...The writing is awesome but there just seems to be one bad thing happening after another with no hope. Sort of like The Road by Cormac McCarthy. I really pray there is something good coming up!

It is sad but don't you think it is food for thought about grief and how we deal with it, or in this case, don't deal with it? I ended up really liking Lewis, even though he was a 'bad' boy.

I'm the same! Only finished this book yesterday but keep going now that your nearly there. I know its very prosey but once you get into the rhythm of that itll be easier to sink into. I wouldnt say its a brilliant or even a good book - I really like Lewis and Kit but its worth it to finish it.

It was a tragic story, but brilliantly told. I believe that not everything should have a happy ending. Kept me riveted right to the end.
