Watcha Doing? Version 2015

Thank you, Kristie, Stephanie, Sandra, Lisa.
Sending warm weather your way, Stephanie.
Thank you, Sarah. Yes, I was. :D Hoping this works out.

There are different kinds of hacksaw blades, maybe he just needed to make sure that he had them..."
Nope. They were all the same. Same length, same teeth per inch. I think they were a bargain and he bought all of them as a bundle because who knew when they would be that cheap again, and they'd all get used eventually. Like the 10 tubes of superglue I found. Can't ever go past a bargain.

FANTASTIC! Which Uni??? God that's bloody amazing.

That is amazing! Congratulations!

I managed to give the bathroom a good scrub down today. I ended up with what I call a pain-free migraine (all of the symptoms of a migraine without the brain splitting pain) which put me to bed for a couple of hours. I'm feeling better now as long as I don't move too quickly and stay in dim light with low noise levels. I still have to put everything back in order in the bathroom, but I thought I'd check in here before I tackle that job. Plus, I wanted to try out our new laptop. haha

Even if I would have started work this week I would be off today and tomorrow..the school..."
I got lots of snow here yesterday, over 10 inches. I loved it though, it snowed all day and I love days like that.

Butter chicken is a staple of Indian cuisine. Pragya could probably describe it better. It's chicken cubed and cooked in a flavourful, curry-like sauce. Yummy!

The one I had last night was quite spicy. But the one served at Taj Grill (a local East Indian restaurant) is mild. I bought Costco's in the ready made section (you just have to heat), and it was mid-way between the two.

Thank you so much, Rusalka. Nothing is concrete yet but it would be Monash University, Melbourne. Not sure if you have heard of it. If you know anyone in there, I could use some help. The website isn't of much help.
Thank you very much, KimeyDiann, Janice and Tasha.

Oh, butter chicken. I would not be the authority on that one, Janice considering I am a vegetarian. But yes, Butter Chicken is all around me. And you rightly said, the spice quotient depends as per restaurants. As far as describing it is considered, I think you nailed it.
It's 12:00pm here and I am just getting ready for lunch with my husband, then it's to work for the afternoon.

Janice I love Butter Chicken. Spicy, please! Amy loves Chicken Korma better.
Sarah at least your spoons come back. At my house, they never re-appear and I have to buy more.
I believe in the "Black Hole" theory of socks.
Rusalka I can never pass up a price bargin either, no matter what it is for. I intentionally leave my credit and debit cardes at home when I go to home shows and trade shows. I take enough to get in and buy lunch and that is it for me. I love to go and look at all of the cool, new stuff though.
We have had beautiful sunny spring weather here all week and I absolutely hate having to be at work right now. I will be out working in my yard all weekend and will be grateful to sit in my office chair on Monday. It will be "going back to work so that I can rest" by then.

I work quite closely with Monash. Let me know what info you are after and I will see what I can discover ;)
Also, I read this at work yesterday and said to one of the academics I work with "You know when things happen and it makes you look like a liar?" And told her your story. She said to let you know that this is fantastic, and that she hates you a little as that is the fariytale dream of academics. That never ever happens, and to live it up! :D

It's a youghurty, creamy sauce with lots of spices. Not hot, a milder curry, but lots of flavoursome spices.
I'm with Amy though, I'm a Korma fan.

You are a smart woman. I'm pretty terrible too, but not Dad bad.

I'll have to do all the work, as Lexx is allergic to bees, but something to help save the guys will be great, as well as help my garden, and we can try out the hay fever treatment we've been discussing. We'd ideally want a native bee hive, but I think it will be European bees in reality. Our bush bees just don't swarm as much or make as much honey.

So sorry for your loss.

Quite a few of forks vanished... Infortunately, they have not reappeared. I just assumed they eloped with some socks....

Rusalka, that is so great! I would be PM'ing you. :) Oh no no, I am sorry if what I said came across as that. I did not insinuate you lied. Never! It indeed is a fairy tale. In fact, one of my colleagues and friend said I taught him a lesson in life that 'fairytales do come true'. :D
Oh gosh! Beehive. That sounds scary. I read The Honey Thief recently and it talks a lot about taking care of those in case you're interested.

No no no. You know when you say something and then the world proves you wrong! I found it hilarious!
Oh and I'll check it out! We're going to sign up for courses and classes. My neighbours kept bees when I was a kid, and I always remember the honey harvesting. The bee hive we bought does away with all of that. I can turn a tap and the honey comes out. Better for us and heaps better for the bees.

I'm totally fine waiting to start work..I've been a stay at home doggie mom for about a year so a little while longer is ok with me :) plus I think Blake loves having me home..going to be hard leaving him behind when I go to work..sigh :(
He would be too much of a distraction if I was able to bring him though :) he's kind of crazy but in his own lovable doggie way :)
