Trent walks down to the water and takes his shirt off and throws it on a tree. He goes into the water and washes the blood off of him.

Rose felt the presence of someone behind her. Luckily she already had her knife in hand. She played it off like she didn’t notice and looked up to the creek. Trent would hear her. He would help her. This was the moment she’d been dreading. She wished she’d gone with him. She gripped her knife tightly in her hand and suddenly did a forward roll and jump to make her a few feet away from Carter. She spun on her heels and got into a deviance position.

Trent came up from the water and saw that carter and rose had their knifes out. Trent ran out of the water not bothering to put his shirt back on or dry off. He grabbed the knife out of his pocket and ran in front of Rose.

Trent pushed Rose out of the way before putting the knife to carters throat.
"Carter." he said. "This isn't you but I will knock you out if I have to."

"Carter." he said. "Stop. You are not ok. I will tackle you to the ground."

Rose frantically looked at his cuts and pulled off her jacket and ripped off both the sleeves and tied one around his leg and another around his arm. She cut some more off and wrapped it all the way around him and tied it off.
